There isn't a day that goes by that I don't think about you. I am happy that we
got to spend as much time together as we could before you were called home.

Till this day I am still in the state of shock that your not here. I still wonder what
your doing now, besides watching over the world and people you care about,  I
would imagine your with other angels from the family who have gotten their
wings.  Maybe your chatting with some of your favorite entertainers that you
admired. I know this may sound silly- but it helps putting a smile on my face
after shedding tears of sadness.

Whatever the case may be, I know you are in a place where nothing can hurt you.   When it's my time and we see each other again I know you will get me caught up on everything you've been doing.

In the meantime I know I have a lot to look forward to in the future.  Thinking about my future has been difficult because you won't be there.  I always saw you there with me. You would be my shadow that follows me.  All I can do is live one day at a time.  I am slowing adjusting to the fact the your an angel now.

There are days where I tend to forget that your gone. I reach over to the phone to call you and then I remember.  I drive up the road to the house you used to live in to drop by for a visit, and then I remember. I think to myself  "Oh I have to run that errand for mom before going home after work" and then I remember.

What I will never forget is how much you cared for me. I will remember all the struggles we have gone through together. So when I am faced with an obstacle that's difficult to conquer, I know that eventually things will turn out for the best  I know that what you have taught me will carry on with me for as long as I live.  Words truly can not express how much you mean to me.  I couldn't explain
it if someone were to ask.  There are a few pictures of you that I carry with me everywhere I go. When people ask who that is, I just say "That's my mom," and smile. It feels good to know I have something of you with me.

This is more than just a "Thank You."  I would do anything if I could to bring you back. I know your love is secured within my heart. Each day I know your resting in God's hands.   I appreciated everything you've done for me. When I was a little girl I always looked up to you.  Outside of all the negativity in the world, I knew there are good people who exist because of you. You took care of me and did everything you could, and I did the same for you. God has told me that our jobs were done. I know he has picked up where I left off.
